This listing is for an OEM Ford 5R55S, 5R55W Solenoid Block(Includes Filter Screen/Gasket), model years 2004-UP. Ford recommends replacing the Solenoid Block whenever a transmission problem and/or failure occurs, since a faulty solenoid can produce multiple fault codes. The 46420 model solenoid block is used on the 5R55N valve body, while the 46420B model is used on the 5R55S and 5R55W valve bodies.
