Warranty Policy

Our valve bodies include a 1 Year Warranty standard, a Lifetime Warranty is available for purchase at the time of checkout. Detailed warranty terms can be found below. If you have any questions please Contact Us and we will be happy to address your concerns.

1 Year Warranty Terms

World Wide Specialty Parts warrants to the owner that it will repair or replace, at World Wide Specialty Parts option, each valve body remanufactured, when that valve body(s) is found to be defective in material or in factory workmanship, under normal use and service. The Warranty period shall extend for twelve (12) months from the date of sale. Defective or malfunctioning valve body(s) must be returned to World Wide Specialty Parts. All returns must be approved by World Wide Specialty Parts and clearly display the assigned return authorization number (R.A.) on the packaging. Returns must be accompanied with the purchaser’s copy of the original invoice to validate the date of purchase.
The Warranty does not cover:
• Removal and replacement - Labor Costs
• Loss of time, inconvenience or other consequential damage
• World Wide Specialty Parts valve bodies that has been:
-Subject to misuse, negligence, alteration or accident
-Improperly installed in the judgment of World Wide Specialty Parts, so as to adversely effect its performance and reliability. This warranty is the only warranty applicable to valve body(s) remanufactured by World Wide Specialty Parts, and is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. World Wide Specialty Parts does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with these valve body(s). World Wide Specialty Parts shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage resulting from breach of warranty.

Failure to contact us before returning a valve body may result in a restocking fee. In addition, any unauthorized repairs, alterations, or disassembly WILL VOID THE WARRANTY! Proof of purchase may be required, so please keep a copy of your invoice just in case. Any unauthorized repairs, alterations, misuse or disassembly will void the warranty.

Please note: Installation of a World Wide Specialty Parts valve body for diagnostic purposes will void the warranty; valve bodies subjected to such misuse and returned under warranty will receive core credit only. This warranty does not cover: Removal and Replacement Labor Costs, Loss of time, Inconvenience or other Consequential Damage.

Lifetime Warranty Terms

World Wide Specialty Parts warrants to the owner that it will repair or replace, at World Wide Specialty Parts option, each valve body remanufactured, when that valve body(s) is found to be defective in material or in factory workmanship, under normal use and service. The Warranty period shall extend for the Lifetime of the vehicle from the date of sale for as long as the vehicle is owned by purchasing customer. Defective or malfunctioning valve body(s) must be returned to World Wide Specialty Parts. All returns must be approved by World Wide Specialty Parts and clearly display the assigned return authorization number (R.A.) on the packaging. Returns must be accompanied with the purchaser’s copy of the original invoice to validate the date of purchase.

During the first year, if the valve body is determined to be defective, it will be replaced free of charge. After the first year, the valve body may be returned for repair or replacement, all you have to do is pay for the shipping charges to send it to us.
