This listing is for a remanufactured U140/U240/U241 Valve Body for model years 1998-2005. Works with all variants: U140E/F, U240E/F, U241E/F, All Wheel Drive and Front Wheel Drive versions.
This valve body is better than OEM, it features many upgrades to increase reliability over the standard OEM valve body.
The upgrades include: Oversized Pressure Regulator and Boost Valve, Clutch Apply Control Plunger/Sleeve, Lock-up Plunger Sleeve, Solenoid Modulator Valve and Secondary Regulator Valve. All solenoids are rebuilt or replaced.
